Fieldwork Note
The survey was split into three parts. Part 1 in December 2017 (repeated in January 2018), Part 2 in January 2018 (repeated in February 2018), and Part 3 in February (repeated in March 2018).
Each month a reminder was sent twice to non-respondents.
