Abstract
The first part of this questionnaire consists of a discrete choice experiment, in which respondents choose between two vaccinations. The vaccinations differ on 4 characteristics: protection, side effects, scientific evidence, and composition. After the 18 choice sets, some general questions are asked.
In the second part of this questionnaire respondents first read a general description of about 200 words. Then, they receive additional information, depending on the group they are in. The group is determined randomly. Finally, a few likert questions are asked.
